Arnaud’s seeks an experienced, motivated and passionateDining Room Floor Manager. Arnaud’s, founded in 1918, is a family-operated traditional Creole Restaurant. We are seeking a hardworking, positive team player who will supervise all aspects of à la cartedining, including wine service. Responsibilities: Dining Room Floor Management Supervising staff(bar, waitstaff and host teams), reservations and guest accommodations. Ensuring superior customer service is executed by all employees to all guests During service, maintain consistent presence on the floor at all times, greeting and seating guests, monitoring flow of service, assisting with wine recommendations and service, and ensuring positive guest experience. Participating in the training of new hires, including helping develop training methods and materials. Wine service Assist with wine service during all shifts Ensure proper wine presentation, including decanting and glassware selection Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Strong ability to multitask Warm, friendly, upbeat personality 1-2 years of fine dining (upscale) experience Strong knowledge of wine regions, varietals and wine service techniques CMS/WSET certification preferred
